Welcome to the Work Category of my blog! This section of the blog is all about working in a professional kitchen with food allergies. I have worked in a small not nut free bakery for almost a year now and I love it. I work the front counter, clean the kitchen and help with parties and camps for children. From being able to clean a professional kitchen I have learned so much about safety, sanitation and cross contact. I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge from being in a not nut free kitchen and feeling okay enough to take the risk to actually eat the products. I hope that people will use this section to find inspiration and feel safer about working in professional kitchens in the food industry.
