A few weeks ago I registered for classes for my first semester of college. This is a preview of the classes I will be taking my first semester based off of the class descriptions.

I will be taking english and math like probably all of the other college students around the world in their first semester. I will also be taking yoga the second half of the first semester. It is something I have always wanted to really learn.

All of my other classes this semester are in the hospitality department. I will be taking a class to plan my career goals in the field of hospitality. I will also be taking a class about sanitation and food safety in hopes of earning a National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) Certificate in Serv-Safe Food Handling towards the ManageFirst Certification.

Another class I am taking is an introduction to culinary arts. I am also taking a cost management class in hopes of earning a National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) Certificate in Controlling Costs towards the ManageFirst Certification. The elective I am taking for this semester is an introduction to baking class.

I am really excited for this upcoming semester!
